Before you book

Yes — all of it. Business hours, emergency pricing, trip fees, service area, and the way the AI answers are settings we control on your account. Most changes are live within a day or two of asking.
It takes the caller's name, number, address, and the problem, then emails you the details along with the transcript. If your account is set up to transfer emergencies to a live line, it does that instead. Nobody gets hung up on.
Housecall Pro is live if you're on their Max plan — the AI checks your real availability and books the job straight into your schedule. Jobber and ServiceTitan are in the works. On anything else, it books to Google Calendar today.
After every call you get an email with the details the AI collected and the full transcript — the whole conversation, word for word. Audio recordings aren't part of it yet.
